The HAEHNE Company has a special competence in the process lines of steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals especially as it relates to strip tension measurement and control in the area us of strip processing lines, cold rolling mills but also in rolling force measurement.

Strip processing lines
Our force measurement technology is used in a wide spectrum of coil lines depending on the type of material in order to enhance the material properties and surface characteristics to create value-added products:

-- Cleaning line, such as pickling and brushing
-- Annealing lines, to enhance the properties of the strip e.g. hot-dip galvanizing, electrolytic coating, roll coating
-- Tension levelers require pillow block force sensors with high plane parallel surfaces for flatness measurement rolls.
