Strength of HAEHNE Pillow Block Sensors

Force measuring blocks, which are mounted between pedestal bearing and machine mounting surface, must measure stable and reliable. The HAEHNE monoblock tensiometers offer the following advantages, especially for demanding applications:

  • No re-calibration necessary due to mechanical stop

  • Mounting plates between the sensor and pillow block bearing are not necessarily required for functional reasons

  • Versions with an greater stiffness can be provided for critical applications

  • Pillow block sensors intended for flatness measuring rolls are provided with a specially ground surface
