To cope with these manifold requirements HAEHNE has developed the multi-functional amplifier/controller unit DCM. The DCM provides a large variety of standard and custom-tailored functions specifically designed for the requirements of web tension measurement and control.

- Closed loop controller with eight different programmable control modes
- 2-channel amplifier with display
- Amplifier with the following adjustment options:
    • External zero adjust
    • Limit force monitoring
    • Wrap angle correction
    • XY-sensor signal analysis
- Adder for several voltage signals

The DCM simplifies and shortens commissioning, retrofitting and other optimization projects. In addition to individual programming of different controller models, HAEHNE can also provide pre-programmed controller models on request.

Based on the long-term experience with the analogue controller modul MAC the HAEHNE company can provide a wide variety of tried and proven controller models specifically for web tension measurement control.
